Brian Robins

Brian Robins is a results-driven senior executive with over 20 years of experience in building, leading, and advising multi-billion dollar technology companies through various challenges like restructurings, hyper growth, and capital markets transactions.

As a strategic CFO for both public and private companies, Brian has extensive experience with IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and successful exits. He is known for his exceptional leadership skills, creativity, adaptability, teamwork, and communication abilities.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lipscomb University and a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, where he studied at the Owen Graduate School of Management.

Throughout his career, Brian has held key roles such as Chief Financial Officer at GitLab Inc., Special Advisor at Brighton Park Capital, and Advisory Council member at ForgePoint (formerly Trident) Capital Cybersecurity.

He has also served as the CFO for companies like Sisense, Cylance Inc. (acquired by BlackBerry), AlienVault (acquired by AT&T), and VERISIGN. Additionally, Brian has held positions such as VP and CFO of Global Business Services at CSC, Treasurer at Neustar, and worked in finance at MCI.
