Brian Reynard, a native of Silicon Valley, has dedicated his career and ongoing journey to accelerate business and innovation by building and harnessing "trusted human networks" through traditional means and new technology platforms. With over 15 years of experience at Cisco, a leading computer network company, Reynard formulated ideas to transform human networks, leading him to found Silicon Valley Executive Network (SVEN) in 2007. As CEO and Founder of SVEN, Reynard created a private, trusted human network, and business engine for the core constituents of the innovation ecosystem.

Not just limited to Silicon Valley, Reynard has deep and trusted relationships across senior levels of tech companies, CXO/VP executives, board members, startups, investors, and R&D institutions. Reynard is an advisor to early-stage startups, public and private companies, CXO/VP execs, and board members, investors in all categories, companies outside of Silicon Valley, and economic regions outside of Silicon Valley.

Reynard's expertise lies in analyzing Silicon Valley as a "complex system" for innovation and business with a unique view of its core constituents, their motivations, and interdependencies. He holds a BS and MBA from Santa Clara University, where he studied business administration and management in general.
