Brian Paskvan Ph.D.

Dr. Brian Paskvan is a distinguished professional with a strong background in higher education administration and organizational development. He holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration, a Masters in Human Resource Development, and a BBA in Business Administration, all from the University of Toledo. Dr. Paskvan has held various key roles in academia, notably serving as a College Administrator at Retired and in several leadership positions at Owens Community College, including Executive Director of Workforce and Community Services, Associate Vice President for Organizational Development, Vice President of Administration, and Executive Assistant to the President.
