He has been involved in significant corporate events including taking a private company public, managing acquisitions, and being part of acquisition processes.

His specialties lie in M&A operations where he managed the acquisition of a multi-million dollar software company, business and services management overseeing multi-million dollar P&L services organizations, project management in the delivery of large-scale development and enterprise application projects, services management involving the design and implementation of new services, and process management through the automation of business processes to drive revenue and profit.
