Brian Johnson

Brian Michael Johnson is a compact modeling engineer with a strong background in analog devices, specializing in bipolar transistors, front-end, and back-end passive elements. He has extensive experience in silicon and compound semiconductors, device physics, process technology, electromagnetics, and statistical modeling.

Brian pursued his education at Purdue University, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Science and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.

Brian Michael Johnson currently serves as a Principal Engineer at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Prior to this role, he worked as a Device Design and Modeling Engineer, leading a team at IBM. He has also held positions as a Graduate Research Assistant and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University, along with a role as a Research Associate at J.P. Morgan.
