Brian McCarson

Brian McCarson is a technology executive with extensive experience in the IoT, edge computing, and hardware industries. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the NUC Group (NUC-G) at Intel Corporation from July 2021 to September 2023.1 Prior to this role, he held various leadership positions at Intel, including Vice President of the Internet of Things Group (IOTG) and CTO of IoT Strategy.1

McCarson has a strong background in hardware and software R&D, product development, and system architectures for IoT, industrial automation, and consumer computing products.1 He holds a Master of Science in Materials Science and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.1

Currently, Brian McCarson serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Executive Vice President at Packsize International Corporation, where he leads global Research & Development, Product, Quality & Reliability, IT, IS, and Security teams.1
