Brian Madigan is a renewable energy project manager with a strong background in siting and constraints analysis, environmental impact assessment, permitting, land use compatibility evaluations, and environmental compliance.
He has a wealth of experience in producing Applications for Certification (AFC) with the California Energy Commission (CEC), Environmental Impact Reports (EIR) as per the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
Brian Madigan holds a Certificate in Smart Grid Technology from UC Berkeley Extension, a Master of Community Planning and Development from the University of Maine, and a B.A. from Sonoma State University. He also attended Palm Desert High School.
Brian Madigan's professional journey includes roles such as being a Project Manager at Renewable Properties, Senior Hydroelectric Compliance Project Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Senior Environmental Planner and Project Manager at Arcadis, among others. He has also worked as an Environmental Specialist at URS Corporation and in planning roles at Town of Bar Harbor and RBF Consulting.
