Brian Keller

Brian Keller was the Director of Creator Success at Patreon from October 2019 to July 2023.1 In this role, he led three teams focused on creator-facing programs:

1. Account Management: Overseeing relationships and revenue growth for the 700+ largest creators on the platform.
2. Community & Education: Launching initiatives like the Creator Hub education website, programs for brand ambassadors, peer groups, and creators of color, as well as virtual workshops and courses.
3. Customer Support: Integrating the support team into Creator Success and transitioning to an outsourced model for consumer support.

Additionally, Keller was involved in business development partnerships in areas such as podcasting, creator education, back-office tools, and financial services. He also created, hosted, and produced "Backstage with Patreon," a weekly podcast featuring interviews with peer creators and the Patreon team.1

Prior to his role at Patreon, Keller worked at Dropbox as the Growth Lead for Renewals & Expansion from June 2018 to October 2019, where he managed teams focused on churn reduction and revenue expansion.1

As of January 2025, Brian Keller is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Uber, a position he started in October 2023.1
