-  Responsible for product development of double digit growth continuous glucose monitoring products including managing the technology pipeline, product development and algorithm innovation teams, and technical project management including product requirements, technical risk, project schedule, budget, and resources
-  Managed 5 direct reports and extended team totaling 16 employees with responsibilities for product development and algorithm innovation
-  Worked extensively with cross-functional organizations including Marketing, Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Operations, and Sales to drive product development strategy, flawless program execution, and successful launch of CGM products

- Responsible for product development and program management of continuous glucose monitoring products including managing product requirements, technical risk, and project schedule, budget, and resources
-  Managed team with responsibilities for program management, product development, and data analytics
-  Led as Core Team Leader an industry first mobile display and remote monitoring system of sensor augmented pump data; led project from concept through FDA 510k clearance in which the product was launched in less than 1 year from formal project start
-  Directed company critical project to identify and reduce sources of manufacturing variability impacting product quality and performance in order to improve the customer experience
