I played a key role in setting the vision and strategic direction for customer success, focusing on driving product adoption, improving customer experiences, and ensuring strong growth through renewals and retention enhancements.

A crucial part of my role was collaborating closely with product management to identify gaps, new opportunities, and strategies for revenue expansion.

For strategic accounts, I provided executive sponsorship, conducted Executive Business Reviews, and ensured the effective execution of customer success processes. My objective was to implement scale and automation, improve customer and employee satisfaction, support strategic sales pursuits, and optimize overall performance.

•	Drove digital transformation in launching Bass Pro Financial Services, a new mobility asset class driving significant incremental asset growth.
•	CIO Future Edge 50 award winner for the risk decision engine. This cloud-native, AI/ML based scalable loan origination decision engine is used for credit risk analysis in over 200K customer vehicle financing applications monthly.
•	Completed the General Ledger transition from Peoplesoft to SAP S/4HANA in only 14 months with zero severity one defects.  It was recognized by SAP as one of the most rapid in the industry. 
•	Established multiple IT governance and compliance standards to ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory adherence. 
•	Evaluated implemented industry-leading auto loan origination fraud origination system reducing fraud and improving straight-through processing by 8%.
•	Managed $135M in development expense and over 500 global technology team members.
•	Created multiple delivery metrics to drive team performance, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Quality Review Boards. This drove early life failures down by 10% and improved overall velocity by 12%.
•	Implemented a new quarterly planning process to streamline and accelerate delivery
•	Delivered 100% of all major contract renewals and drove vendor partner culture of excellence while reducing costs by 10%.
•	Recognized as a part of the team, awarded the CIO 100 Award and the Forbes CIO Next 50 Award.
•	Joined Toyota in 2020 as General Manager and rapidly promoted in March 2022 based on accomplishments.

Led Sabre Hospitality Systems Product Management, Marketing and Call Center with a product line of $270M with annual revenue growth of over 15% managing over 350 team members.
•	Completed Product Management transformation to a CEO ownership mentality in under 18 months and drove product double-digit product line growth implementing Pragmatic Marketing best practices to ensure continuous growth, innovation, and team growth.
•	Implemented a single roadmap methodology collaborating with engineering where all functional and nonfunctional requirements and features are slotted for all Scrum teams driving agility, transparency to internal and external stakeholders.
•	Launched the first cloud-native Property Management system that is one of Sabre’s top corporate investments and priorities and implemented by a top-five global hotel chain.
•	Launched Booking Engine and Guest Experience product lines. Booking Engine live with over 5K hotels driving over 4B in hotelier revenue.
•	Digital Marketing Team website development that won the HSMAI Adrian Awards along with the Gold Meritage Collection Website and Ojai Valley Inn Farmhouse.

Directed Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Cash & Logistics (C&L) businesses within greater Financial and Risk Management Solutions division. Managed Product Management and matrix managed Development, Implementation Services, Customer Support, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
•	Led Financial and Risk Management Solutions (FRMS) Divisional Product Council, which created and defined best practices across the four divisional business lines.
•	Met and exceeded annual operating budgets for five consecutive years. Grew ECM business line by 20% and Cash and Logistics business line by 8%.  International portions of the businesses grew by 41% and 12%.
•	Launched award-winning products that included Loan Complete and named Top Innovation award by Progress in Lending.
•	Retail Banker International awards including Latin American Retail Bank of the Year with HSBC Mexico for their use of Integrated Currency Manager and Product Innovation of the Year with PNC Bank for use of the Corpoint product.
