Brian Hoang

Brian Hoang is a software engineer and entrepreneur with a passion for using virtual reality and artificial intelligence to benefit the public safety sector. He is the founder and CEO of SURVIVR, a Techstars-backed startup that provides a VR training platform to help first responders make better decisions and improve their response times. Brian has also founded two organizations that promoted the education of AI and VR in the Dallas community. Later, he started Immosis, a VR/AR game studio that has created applications across different industries. Brian studied software engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he was also a Venture Capital Associate. He has previously worked as a software consultant intern at Credera and in software engineering internships at Cisco Systems, Intelligent Epitaxy Technology, and Raytheon.
