Brian P. Heilman

Brian Heilman is a dedicated professional with a background in monitoring and evaluation, international education policy, and human security.

He holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he specialized in Monitoring and Evaluation, International Education Policy, and Human Security. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English, Egregia Cum Laude from Saint John's University.

Brian has held various roles in reputable organizations, including Senior Research Officer at Promundo-US and Fellow at Promundo-US. He also served as a Research Consultant at Independent and a Gender and Evaluation Specialist at the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW). Moreover, he has experience as a Program Associate - Gender, Violence, and Rights at ICRW, an Evaluation Consultant at Independent, and a Research Intern at ICRW's Asia Regional Office.

His professional journey includes being a William J Clinton Fellow for Service in India at the American India Foundation, a Global Education Associate at Saint John's University, a Reporter/Photographer at Winona Post, and an Upper Midwest Human Rights Fellow at the University of Minnesota Law School Human Rights Center.
