He is known for his expertise in analyzing zero-day vulnerabilities, organizing Pwn2Own hacking competitions, and presenting at major security conferences.

Brian's work has contributed to the discovery and remediation of critical vulnerabilities in popular software and systems.

He has been recognized for his leadership, including receiving awards like the Microsoft Mitigation Bypass Bounty.

Prior to Trend Micro, Brian worked at Lockheed Martin on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program, focusing on Information Assurance products.

He holds degrees from Southern Methodist University and Texas A&M, along with certifications including CISSP and CSSLP.
