Brian Gephart

Brian Gephart is a seasoned finance professional with a strong educational background and diverse experience across various prominent organizations. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy, Execution, and Valuation from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, as well as a BS in Accounting from Hillsdale College. Brian currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Leaf Group, with prior roles including Chief Accounting Officer at both Leaf Group and JH Capital Group. Prior to his executive positions, he held key roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the UK and the US, such as Director of Deals, Senior Manager in Capital Markets, Accounting Advisory, and Structuring, and various managerial and advisory positions in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services.
