Brian Gebhardt is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in the transit industry. He is specialized in the fare payment sector and has collaborated with various transit agencies to plan and implement large-scale fare systems. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the State University of New York at Buffalo, an Associate of Arts in Design and Visual Communications, General from Monroe Community College, and has studied at the State University of New York College at Fredonia. He presently serves as the Industry Solutions Manager for Automated Fare Collection at Trapeze Group, where he implements his extensive expertise to create a visionary outlook and develop mobility tools in sync with the customers and riding public objectives of today and tomorrow.
During his career, Brian has successfully served many notable posts, including Senior Solutions Architect, Project Manager at Conduent, Associate Clipper Program Coordinator at Metropolitan Transportation Commission, and Director of Transportation south Suburban Mayors & Managers Association. Moreover, he held positions such as Community Liaison Representative/Transportation Planner and Zoning Specialist at Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning and SBA Network Services, respectively. Brian's early career started with an internship at the Federal Railroad Administration.
