Brian R. Gamsey

Brian Gamsey is a highly accomplished attorney and nonprofit professional with a diverse background and an impressive track record of leadership and service. He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as an MPA in Nonprofit Management from the University of Georgia and a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Throughout his career, Gamsey has worked with a variety of organizations in the legal, nonprofit, and business sectors, including Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, where he currently serves as an associate attorney. Prior to his current role, he was the Founder and Executive Director of Triple Play Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting youth development through sports and education. He has also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and worked as a Consultant for Precipice Group, Inc.

In addition to his legal and nonprofit experience, Gamsey has a strong background in finance and business, having previously worked as a Financial Analyst for E&Y and founded his own commercial bakery, Always Baked Goodies Factory Co. He has also held various legal internships and externships, including positions with the Carolina Angel Network, Morris, Manning & Martin LLP, and Kickstart Venture Services.
