Brian Foley

Brian Foley is an accomplished aviation executive with a wealth of experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and governance. With a diverse background in finance, marketing, engineering, and strategy, Brian is well-equipped to take on roles such as Board Member, Non-Executive Director, or Senior Advisor. Currently, he is actively engaged in his ventures at Brian Foley Associates (BRiFO) and AvStrategies, assisting firms, investors, and companies with strategic research, guidance, and matchmaking for capital and divestiture. Brian founded both of these firms in 2006 and has built a strong client base that includes private equity, investors, OEMs, suppliers, and service providers. His services range from market analysis, forecasting, and due diligence to strategic planning, expert witness services, growth capital raises, and buy-side/sell-side assignments. Brian also brings a wealth of experience from his executive roles at Boeing, Dassault Falcon Jet, and Wall Street, where he served as Managing Director and Board member. He currently serves as an Outside Advisor to the Board of Spike Aerospace and is actively involved as a Trustee and Finance Chair of a large HOA.
