Brian Dusman is a highly experienced Lead CX Experience Designer with a background in Creative Direction and UX/UI design. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. Previously, he served in roles as Creative Director at Sanofi and QualityHealth, and as Digital Director - UX/UI Design at Express Scripts.

In his current role at Verizon, he leads CX efforts to ensure customers have positive experiences during all interactions with the brand. Brian is passionate about designing user-centric experiences in the healthcare and technology industries.
