Brian Doudna

Brian Doudna is the Executive Director of the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC), a position he has held since October 2020. Before joining SCEDC, he served as the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA) from 2014 to 2020, where he played a significant role in promoting economic growth across Wisconsin.14

With over 20 years of experience in economic development, Doudna has previously led various county-wide economic development initiatives, including those in Eau Claire and Portage Counties. His expertise lies in fostering collaboration and strategic planning to support local businesses and communities.12 Doudna expressed a desire to return to local economic development, highlighting Sheboygan County as a place he has always wanted to work and live.1

At SCEDC, Doudna is involved in various initiatives aimed at enhancing the economic landscape of Sheboygan County, focusing on partnerships between public and private sectors to drive growth and innovation.23
