Brian Doudna is a skilled leader with a talent for innovation, partnership building, and change management. With a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Brian has extensive experience in executive roles spanning multiple economic development corporations throughout Wisconsin.

Brian's passion lies in assisting and advising expanding and start-up companies to achieve their strategic goals. He has worked across different sectors, including financial institutions and developers, to diversify revenue streams and maximize outcomes for businesses, organizations, communities, investors, and residents. Brian has demonstrated expertise in funding, program management, program development, financial packaging, and distressed business recovery, all while training and coaching staff and volunteers to achieve maximum results.

As the current Executive Director of the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation, Brian has advanced new products and services to enhance membership values for core members while bringing on new sectors of focus. His abilities in visioning, collaboration, and aligning service to customer needs make him a valuable asset to any organization.
