Owned Cinnamon factory with manufacturing & sales in Avenel, NJ; And Operations north of Hoa Bin, Vietnam and Hanoi, Vietnam and a micro-factory in Haiphong Harbor, Vietnam.•	Completed Leveraged Buy-Out of a mid-sized spice company Atlantic Processing Mills.  Led the sales and marketing effort, tripling sales from $1.6 to +$5 million. Established new major accounts and added channels of distribution.  Exited through strategic sale.•	Purchased and traded spices from Asia. Handled all aspects from purchasing raw materials in country (Indonesia, China, Vietnam) to arranging transport, financing, and shipping of finished product. Started-up micro-factory operations in Hanoi and Haiphong, Vietnam.
