Brian Clayton is a seasoned online entertainment executive, game developer, community builder, and advisor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is known for his player-focused approach and has held leadership roles in various aspects of gaming, including studio management, product development, game production, publishing, and talent-focused initiatives.
Some of his notable achievements include building Paragon Studios into a highly efficient and innovative 80-person studio that successfully launched City of Heroes Freedom to critical acclaim and growing revenues. He also joined Riot Games, the creators of the world's most popular game, League of Legends, as its Director of Special Projects and established and led Riot's Learning and Development strategy, discipline, and team.
Currently, Brian Clayton advises and consults with impact-focused online companies and startups while serving as the Chief Development Officer and GM of The Recovery Tribe Inc., where he focuses on supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and other challenges.
