Brian Ciccone is a seasoned strategic leader with over seven years of experience in product management. He studied BBA, Marketing at Temple University - Fox School of Business and Management. His exceptional leadership skills helped him lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within budget and on-time. Brian has extensive knowledge of device protection, EIP financing, JUMP!, Trade-in, Warranty, and Returns, enabling him to manage and support products effectively. He is always looking for better ways to enhance real-time experiences for both customers and frontline teams. Brian has worked in various positions at T-Mobile, such as Sr. Manager of Device Trade-In & Upgrade Strategy, Sr. Product Manager of Device Returns, Senior Product Manager of Device Lifecycle Operations, and Product Manager of Device Lifecycle Management. He has also served as the Product Manager of Handset Insurance and Financing and was a Retail Sales and Small Business Specialist at T-Mobile during the early stages of his career.
