Brian Cavanaugh

Brian Cavanaugh is the Director of Operations at Fishermen Labs, a role he has held since January 2024. He has extensive experience in business operations, product management, and project management, with over eight years in the tech industry. His career at Fishermen Labs began in October 2018, where he progressed from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and then to Director of Project Management before assuming his current position.13

In his role, Cavanaugh oversees various aspects of operations, including the hiring and training of project management and business development teams. He is responsible for optimizing company operations through data management and automation, as well as participating in strategic analysis and key company decisions alongside the CEO and COO. His work has involved managing a suite of over 150 projects across mobile apps, websites, augmented reality (AR), and virtual reality (VR) for high-profile clients such as Disney, Nike, and Amazon.12

Cavanaugh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from California State University-Fullerton and a certification in Product Management from General Assembly. He is passionate about leveraging technology to create positive impacts in people's lives.13
