His expertise lies in various areas including Animal Welfare, Applied Behavior Analysis, Animal Husbandry, Team Building, Management, Small Business Finance, and Business Expansion/Scaling.

He holds a Master's degree in Animal Behavior & Conservation from CUNY Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dalhousie University.

Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration program at the University of South Florida, Brian is deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Brian is a pivotal figure in the success of Instinct Dog Behavior & Training, a national franchise with multiple locations and significant revenue, where he serves as Co-Founder and Co-CEO.

Prior to his role at Instinct, he gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at Sapient Corporation, working with renowned clients such as The Wall Street Journal, Food Network, ASPCA, Gucci, and more.

His career highlights include managing large teams and substantial budgets, showcasing his ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver exceptional results.
