Brian Burns

Brian Burns is the Founder and Managing Partner at Grayhawk Capital, a venture capital firm based in Tempe, Arizona. He co-founded Grayhawk Capital in 1995 and has a significant background in the venture capital industry, having previously served as Vice President at two other venture capital firms before establishing Grayhawk.

Under his leadership, Grayhawk Capital focuses on investing in serial entrepreneurs and exceptional management teams, primarily in sectors such as cloud/SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, and health tech. The firm has approximately $200 million in assets under management and has made 37 investments, with 19 realized investments to date.134
