He also advises on strategic investments in fund managers, representing clients in sectors such as REITs, healthcare, consumer products, online gaming, and more. Brian's career journey includes roles at esteemed law firms such as Skadden Arps, Crowell & Moring, and Fried Frank before becoming a partner at Duval & Stachenfeld in 2019. His legal expertise is backed by a J.D. degree earned cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he excelled as Symposium Editor of the Law Review, and a B.A. in History from Cornell University.
