Brian Bickell is an accomplished data professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, database management, data visualization, analytics, system architecture, project management, software development, and business development. With a BS in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University, Brian has built a successful career working with some of the largest companies in the world, delivering insights from the largest data sets. He is currently the Tech Alliances Director at Firebolt, where he designs systems to produce insights from vast data sets. Prior to his current role, Brian was the Global Data Practice Director at InterWorks, where he worked as a principal consultant, data engineer, and software engineer. During his tenure at InterWorks, Brian also authored "Tableau Your Data! Fast and Easy Visual Analysis with Tableau Software". Brian's background in data and technology has prepared him to seek out new challenges and opportunities, with a deep curiosity and conviction that improvement is always possible.
