His impressive roster includes managing talents such as jazz singer Ann Hampton Callaway, The Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band, Ramsey Lewis, and Steel Magnolia.

Brett's expertise led to the resurgence of Charlie Louvin's career, managing various projects, indie rock tours, and a mainstream biography.

Having worked at Rainmaker Music Management, Brett honed his skills in artist management and has since relaunched Steele Management, representing a diverse range of artists including Jason Ricci and Damon Fowler.
