Brett Staniland is a dedicated and passionate sports therapist with a comprehensive background in sports medicine and rehabilitation. He has studied the effects of Kinesio Tape® on cricket players and explored the Functional Movement Screen's impact on injury prevention strategies. His research into energy expenditure among athletes with different levels of disabilities and the biomechanics of sports performance underscores his commitment to advancing knowledge in sports science. Notably, his MSc dissertation focuses on the biomechanics of bilateral and unilateral lower extremity imbalances and their implications for athletic performance, further highlighting his expertise in this specialized area.
