He served as Commanding Officer at the Naval Education & Professional Development Center, Deputy Command Center Director at North American Aerospace Defense (NORAD) and U.S. Northern Command, Deputy Director for Metrics and Analysis at the Navy Bureau of Personnel, Human Resources Detailer at the Navy Personnel Command, Commanding Officer at the Naval Technical Training Center, and also as an Instructor, Course Coordinator, and Curriculum Developer for Leadership and Human Behavior at the United States Naval Academy.
