Babson College alumnus Brett Markinson has been an active entrepreneur for over two decades, having developed over 35 businesses with disruptive technology at their core. His ventures have been nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award four times, winning twice. Markinson recently completed the sale of Sole Society to the Camuto Group, where he served as founder and chairman. He is currently focused on leveraging the disruptive dynamics of Blockchain through his new venture Homium, transforming home equity into an investable digital asset.
