Brett Holt

Brett Holt, a seasoned leader in emergency and fire management, community development, and project management with over 18 years of experience, has a long list of accomplishments to his name. Holt holds a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon, a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from San Jose State University, and an Associate of Science in Park Management from West Valley College. The multi-talented professional has previously served as the Regional Community Planning Program Manager, Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist, Private Sector Liaison, and Community Planner at FEMA Region 10. He also had stints as a Peace Corps Program Manager, Wildland Firefighter, and Park Aide, among other roles. Holt heralds his extensive project management experience, where he champions Smart collaboration across sectors, prioritizes tasks, and identifies meaningful milestones to drive performance. Holt is a communication branch chief at FEMA Region 10, where he delivers results during disaster operations and program implementation.
