Brett Hill

Brett Hill is a CXR certified Talent Acquisition Leader with extensive experience in managing RPO and MSP partnerships, vendor relationships, talent acquisition systems, and supporting global operations.

In his role as General Manager, Talent Acquisition at Delta Air Lines, Brett led and supported a significant number of hourly hires across different functions and locations, managing contracts with numerous vendors for talent acquisition solutions and conducting internal reviews with Delta leadership and stakeholders.

Previously, at Kimberly-Clark, he served as the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, overseeing system enhancements, data governance, and HR Portal management for all four regions and 64 countries.

Brett Hill is known for his expertise in RPO operations, project management, and team building, characterized by his versatility, energy, motivation, and commitment to delivering talent acquisition excellence and driving business success.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Manhattan Christian College and an Associate's Degree in the same field from Cloud County Community College.

His previous roles include Senior Director, Client Services Optimization at AgileOne, RPO Operations Manager at Hire Velocity, and HCM Executive Talent Acquisition Business Partner-Project Manager at ADP.
