Prior to his work in education, Brett worked as Manager of Professional Recruitment Strategy and Manager of Military Veteran & Military Spouse Recruitment & Support Initiative at Teach For America. He also worked as a Corps Member & Secondary Science Teacher at Teach For America. Prior to working in education, Brett worked as a General Sales Manager at Performance Auto Group and as a SEAL at Naval Special Warfare - U.S. Navy SEAL Teams.
