Brett Bennett is an experienced global leader in talent acquisition, talent management, and diversity & inclusion (D&I). He currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent & D&I at BBC Studios, a position he has held since September 2023.1

Prior to his current role, Brett had a significant tenure at Amazon:

Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA Support Functions (January 2022 - September 2023) In this role, he led a geographically dispersed team of 50 recruiting professionals across 28 countries in EMEA, delivering approximately 3,000 salaried hires annually for over 200 locations.1
EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead (February 2019 - January 2022) He led talent acquisition teams for four of Amazon's EMEA organizations: HR, Customer Services, Health & Safety, and Middle East North Africa (MENA) Operations.1
EMEA Talent Intelligence & Sourcing Manager (September 2017 - June 2019) Brett led the EMEA recruiting sourcing function for Operations, partnering with VPs to deliver strategic approaches to global executive talent search.1

Brett's experience extends beyond Amazon. He also worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Morrisons, a FTSE100 company and the 4th largest food retailer in the UK, from January to September 2017.1
