Brent Stackhouse

Brent Stackhouse is the Managing Director of Mount Sinai Ventures, the venture investment arm of the Mount Sinai Health System in New York City.12 In this role, he is responsible for diversifying the portfolio of strategic investments to enhance Mount Sinai's transition to population health management.1

Professional Experience

Stackhouse joined Mount Sinai in August 2014 as the Director of Operations, Administration, and Special Projects.3 He was promoted to Vice President of Mount Sinai Ventures in February 2016 and then to Managing Director in January 2019.3 Prior to Mount Sinai, he served as the Executive Director of Strategy at the Primary Care Information Project at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.1

As Managing Director, Stackhouse:

• Represents Mount Sinai on the boards of several portfolio companies, including ambulatory surgery and urgent care centers1
