Brent Rickenbach

Brent Rickenbach is a highly motivated and creative technical executive with over thirty years of experience in research & development, system engineering, software architectures, and business strategy. He is known as an innovative solution provider for problems across various systems, from embedded to enterprise. With a strong communication and technical background, Brent excels as a skilled negotiator and a servant-leader committed to team building and individual growth. He has published several technical papers and holds a United States patent. Brent pursued his education with a focus on MS in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in Statistics from the University of Minnesota. Throughout his career, Brent has held key roles such as Business Development Director, Distributed Maritime Operations at General Dynamics Mission Systems, Director of Converged RF Solutions, Director of Research and Development, Director of Contract Research and Development, and Chief Engineer at the same organization. Additionally, he has shared his expertise as an Assistant Professor at Chadron State College and gained valuable experience working as a Consultant at Connect Computer and as an Engineer at Control Data Corporation.
