Brent McClure

Brent McClure is an experienced Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant certificate holder with over 20 years of experience in the accounting and management field. He started his career in public accounting and consulting firms, including working at Ernst & Young, LLP. In the later part of his career, he has worked as a Chief Financial Officer for several companies across a wide range of industries.

Born and raised in a family-owned retail business, Brent has exposure to business, entrepreneurship, and leadership right from the start. He has consistently improved processes and procedures, streamlined reporting requirements for globally positioned clients, and successfully implemented software products like SAP and SAGE into outdated ERP programs.

Brent has a wealth of experience in M&A, CPAs, CFO, Leadership, Financial & Business Analysis, Business & Strategic Planning, Business Growth and Expansion, Indirect Costs & Pricing, Profit Assessment, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Public Speaking, and FP&A. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Northwestern State University.

In his career, Brent has been the Director of Finance at Blue Cypress, CFO at Omnigo, Co-Founder at Gulf Coast BizCon, CFO at Industrial Valve Sales & Services, CFO at Chalkable, CFO at Offshore Inland Marine & Oilfield Services, Inc., Controller at The DRC Group, Audit Manager at Ernst & Young, and Consultant- Internal Audit/FinOps at Experis. He has also successfully taken companies to market, managed the necessary due diligence efforts from the sell-side point of view, and presented the deck and the story of the company to various lenders and equity backers.
