Led US Sales & Marketing to over $1.6B in revenues, oversaw Business Development and Regional Pharmaceutical Business Center with 11 direct reports and 90 staff. Marketed and sold specialty injectable pharmaceuticals for over 120 product families (550 SKUs) in hospital and home infusion settings. Launch Parenteral Nutrition (PN) product range.  Grew business from $1.2B–$1.6B, playing critical role in surpassing Sales & EBIT budget goals through improved processes and controls along with a compelling rebranding campaign leveraging global manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio.

Oversaw Sales & Marketing of home infusion and hospital product and compounding service teams for UK, Ireland, Nordic Region, Canada, and US. Served on APP acquisition team. Developed Lead Marketer concept in Nordics for each product segment to share best practices and streamline responsibilities. Split time between Paris, Manchester, and Stockholm.
