Brennan Cumming

Brennan Cumming is a dynamic HR professional with extensive experience in developing high-impact, data-driven solutions. He is known for his proactive approach to change and ability to network effectively at all levels within an organization. Brennan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and also studied at University College Dublin. He began his career as an Intern at the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations and later worked as a Labor and Employment Group Intern at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Brennan has also held several roles at UTC Aerospace Systems, including Labor Relations Intern and Human Resources Intern. In his current role as a Compensation Consultant at Capital One, he leads proactive change and delivers innovative solutions to complex HR challenges. He is passionate about music and exploring the outdoors on his bike.
