Brendon Geils is an accomplished engineer turned business leader with experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales, and entrepreneurial ventures. He currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Praxis Pioneering, where he is focused on building autonomous agents for businesses and developing new greenfield projects. Prior to joining Praxis Pioneering, he worked at Scale AI as a Federal Solutions Engineer, helping to bring machine learning and data labeling solutions to the federal government. He also spent time at Palantir Technologies, where he held multiple roles, including Enterprise Lead and Deployment Strategist, and helped to support COVID-19 response initiatives.

Before entering the tech industry, Brendon studied electrical engineering with an emphasis in signals and systems at Iowa State University. He briefly dropped out of school to launch a software consultancy, where he helped early-stage startups build minimum viable products through the use of machine learning solutions and geospatial applications. He also gained engineering experience at SpaceX and Procter & Gamble.

Brendon is passionate about machine learning and biotech and enjoys meeting new people over virtual coffee to chat about new technologies and opportunities.
