Brendon Bassett

Brendon Bassett is an experienced non-profit leader with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, youth development, family services, and arts/culture.

He excels in strategic planning, program development, continuous improvement, impact evaluation, change management, and staff development, with a strong focus on equity and culturally responsive programs.

Brendon has a rich background in communication principles, including intercultural communication, public speaking, and messaging, along with program and contract development, staff training/supervision, volunteer management, and evaluation.

His expertise includes continuous improvement, leadership and coaching, youth development/mentoring, strategy, evaluation, policy development and analysis, presentation skills, and risk management.

Brendon pursued coursework towards a Master of Arts in Counseling at George Fox University after completing his BA in Speech Communication- Intercultural and Interpersonal at Portland State University.

Throughout his career, Brendon held various key positions such as Program Manager at Community Systems Integration at Health Share of Oregon and Director of Innovation and Strategic Development at Metropolitan Family Service.
