Brendan D. Travis, CISM, CRISC, CMMC-RP

Brendan D. Travis is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in business development and information security consulting. He currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Deer Brook Consulting, a position he has held since October 2023.1 In this role, he focuses on understanding clients' unique business needs and building strong relationships to ensure successful outcomes.1

Before joining Deer Brook Consulting, Brendan worked as a Solutions Advisor at RSI Security from March 2022 to October 2023, where he provided cybersecurity program consultation and management.1 He also spent a decade at Sage Data Security as the Director of Sales & Marketing, offering information security advisory services to various sectors, including financial institutions and healthcare organizations.1

Brendan holds several certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA, as well as being a Registered Practitioner with The Cyber AB.1 His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College and an MBA from Clarkson University.1
