    Brendan Lea is a highly accomplished educator with a diverse academic background. He holds a Graduate Diploma of Teaching in Visual Arts and English Teaching from the Australian Catholic University, a Diploma of Fine Arts from Townsville College of Technical and Further Education, a Graduate Diploma of Professional Inquiry from Queen's University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Pedagogy from the University of Southern Queensland, and a Bachelor of Visual Arts from James Cook University.

    Brendan Lea has held various leadership roles in reputable educational institutions. He currently serves as the Principal of the Senior School at The Bishop Strachan School. Previously, he was the Vice Principal of Curriculum at the same school and the IB MYP Coordinator/Arts Department Head at TFS - Canada’s International School (Toronto French School). Brendan also has teaching experience as a Secondary School Teacher at the Peel District School Board and as a Visual Art Teacher/Department Head at Marymount College Burleigh Waters. Additionally, he has served as a Key Learning Area Officer at Queensland Studies Authority and as a Standards and Assessment Officer at Queensland Board of Senior Secondary School Studies.
