He furthered his education by pursuing a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration at Governors State University.

Brendan has been involved in a wide range of organizations and roles, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in areas such as coaching, marketing, and education.

He is the Founder of Growth Sprints and has previously founded and led initiatives at organizations like ALL IN, The Blueprint Training, and SEO for the Rest of Us.

His career journey includes positions such as Head of Agency Coaching, Growth Content Marketer, Director of SEO, Digital Marketing Instructor, and Product Marketer at various reputable companies.

Brendan's diverse professional experience also extends to roles in education, including being a College & Career Skills Teacher, Assistant Principal, and Teacher at institutions like EPIC Academy and Thea Bowman Leadership Academy.

With a deep passion for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gis, Brendan is also known for his involvement as the Founder of Ok! Kimonos and as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

His interests in teaching, social responsibility, and personal development are reflected in his work and the organizations he has been a part of.
