Brendan Hogan is a seasoned Chief Strategy Officer with a specialization in strategic planning, inorganic growth, and deal execution.

He has an impressive track record as a deal leader and advisor, having worked on over 50 global M&A deals totaling more than $30 billion.

Known for his expertise, Brendan led the advisory team on a significant Private Equity deal that was recognized as the deal of the year.

His extensive experience covers various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School.

Throughout his career, Brendan has held key executive positions in renowned organizations, including Outpost24, NetBase Quid, VMware Carbon Black, and Thomvest Ventures.

Prior to his leadership roles, he gained valuable experience at KPMG, VeriSign, and other notable companies, where he honed his skills in strategy, corporate development, and mergers & acquisitions.
