Brendan Hanlon is the Chief Financial Officer for the City and County of Denver. In this role, he oversees several key departments including the City's Treasury, Controller's Office, Assessor, Budget and Management, Real Estate, Capital Planning and Programming, Peak Academy, and Cash, Risk, and Capital Funding functions. Under his leadership, Denver has issued General Obligation Bonds, Revenue Bonds, and Certificates of Participation exceeding $3.5 billion while maintaining a AAA bond rating from all three major rating agencies.
