Brendan Gardes

Brendan Gardes is the Director of Energy and Sustainability at Newcomb & Boyd, where he leads the E&S team in achieving clients' energy and sustainability goals. With over 10 years of experience in consulting engineering, Brendan specializes in HVAC system design for high-performance projects with energy reduction and sustainability objectives. His expertise spans a wide range of project types, including commercial, institutional, residential, government, educational, retail, and healthcare facilities. Brendan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park. Prior to his current role, Brendan served in various positions at Newcomb & Boyd and other organizations, honing his skills in project management, energy modeling, and energy auditing.
