Additionally, he studied the Academic Intensive Japanese Program in Japanese Language and Culture at the Yamasa Institute and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in History from the United States Naval Academy.

He has served as a Lead Financial Analyst at AT&T, showcasing his expertise in financial management. Prior to that, he held a significant position as the Leadership Development Program - DMDR Team Manager at AT&T, where he demonstrated his leadership capabilities. His illustrious career also includes roles in the US Navy, where he served as the Planning Officer on the 7th Fleet Staff, the 2nd Division Officer on the USS Kitty Hawk (CVN 63), the Combat Cargo Officer on the USS Comstock (LSD 45), and the Repair Division Officer on the same vessel.
