Compares prices amongst various vendors in order to make sound purchasing decisions.

Evaluates the performance of certain vendors in order to decide whether or not to continue buying from them. 

Ensures that the supply chain needs of company are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responds to email phone calls and other forms of correspondence.  Attends required cross-functional meetings to align company obligations. Attend industry trade shows as necessary to contribute to and Contributes to sales meetings with sales staff and production manager. Interacts with other departments, clients and prospective clients. Participates in marketing plan and other strategic initiatives. Analyzes sales reports to improve sales figures. Provides training, mentorship and leadership. Perform other duties as assigned.

Executive Assistant

Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone for various banking departments and affiliates. Assist customers with questions regarding checking & savings accounts, loans, bank cards or other banking needs. Interact with other departments, clients and prospective clients. Maintain documentation and records of customer inquiries, complaints and services implemented
